The baffle on the Stanley Cara and Cara Glass Insert Stove serves as a protective barrier between the intense heat of the fire and the flue outlet. The baffle is designed to direct the flow of hot exhaust gases horizontally across the top of the stove before they exit through the flue. This helps to maximize the transfer of heat from the gases to the stove's metal body, increasing the stove's overall efficiency in heating the surrounding space.

Baffle is suitable for Stanley Cara Insert and Stanley Cara Glass Insert replacement. See exploded view part 9 and 3 respectively.
